Hipper Freios maintains leadership in the national survey “Marcas na Oficina”

Hipper Freios once again has been ranked as the top one in the Brazilian survey called “Marcas na Oficina” (“Brands in the Workshop”, in English), carried out by CINAU – Central de Inteligência Automotiva (Automotive Intelligence Center) since 2006. For the 2nd time it won first place as the most remembered brand and for the 4th consecutive time as the most purchased brand. In addition, it was one of the Top 10 in the overall Top of Mind, measured among all participating companies, with the most diverse components.

 

The 2021 edition was held from December 10, 2021 to January 12, 2022. Participation was open to qualified repair professionals who are part of the Group's relationship base, which corresponds to 71% of light-duty and commercial light-duty repair shops in the country. The survey included 56 product lines. In total, there were 2,864,000 valid participations.

 

The survey had a format innovation, focusing on evaluating the performance of the channels chosen by the brands. Thus, it began to measure trust in the brand, brand availability in the workshop’s supply channels and perception of quality by measuring “rework”.

 

In the question "Brake discs that you most remember/trust", Hipper Freios reached 30.84%. For "Brake discs that you find most at your supplier", it scored 42.83%. The credibility of the study was highlighted by the CEO of Hipper Freios, Gilson João da Silva. “The results reflect the perception of those who work directly with the consumer and show that we really manufacture the best brake disc in the country”, he said. “The survey shows that we are on the right path, investing in exclusive technology, innovation and in the excellent work carried out by our teams with customers and partners”, he celebrated.
