The daily work at Hipper Freios for maintaining a solid foundation in its processes has been acknowledged with the achievement of the company's recertification to the norm ISO 9001:2008, proving the effort to pursue subsidies that allow to constantly innovate and improve.

“ISO” means International Organization for Standardization, a non-governmental organization founded in Geneva in 1947 and present in nearly 160 countries, establishing a management model, organizing and standardizing a company’s internal processes, in order to prioritize the quality warranty for products and/or service provision.

Held during three days in December/2013 by BRTÜV, certifier organization with international reputation, the external monitoring audit checked all processes where the ISO 9001 recertification represents national and international evidence to the quality of the work developed. It gives credibility to the company and reveals its maturity on the ongoing pursuit for excellence in the production process, as well as total customer satisfaction.

This achievement is the consolidation of a quality standard established throughout many years of operation. At the same time, it means the continuity to the challenge faced every day by the company: exceeding expectations and always surpassing its high standard, in the pursuit of ongoing improvement.
