Notícia 30 Aug 2013

Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863, in a farm in Deabom, in the North-American state of Michigan, the idealizer in the constitution of a mass automobile production model called Fordism, which radically transformed the automobile industry in the middle of the 20th century.

One of the hallmarks of Fordism was the perfecting of the assembly line. With this, automobiles were built on conveyor belts that operated while workers remained practically stationary in the “stations”. In 1908, the famous “T Model” was presented, with huge success in production and great sale, the process was reversed, that is, the production line for automobile assembly. Migrating over the years with the awareness and promotion of enthusiasm and cohabitation rules of its workers.

Through the search for results, Henry Ford put the world on wheels, he united people from all lifestyles, in a gigantic social interrelationship around the automobile.

The example from the Fordism era is used up to today in the manufacture of automobiles. It was and remains the production model able to meet the demand of today’s society.
