HIPPER FREIOS CELEBRATES QUALITY, INNOVATION AND THE UNITY OF ITS TEAM AT NATIONAL SALES CONVENTION

The Hipper Freios National Sales Convention, held from March 11 to 13 in Santa Catarina, was a true celebration of quality, innovation and the unity of the team that makes the company successful throughout the country. One of the most eagerly awaited and important events of the year brought together sales representatives from various States, management and local teams, under the theme “Quality that renews itself, innovates”.

“It was a moment of great benefit and an exchange of ideas and experiences, with a fundamental result for the present and future of the company”, summed up the director-president, Gilson João da Silva.

After being welcomed on Monday (11), the participants visited the factory in the municipality of Sangão, in the southern region of Santa Catarina, on Tuesday (12). There, they got to know the place where the products that make Hipper Freios the leader in the national brake disc market come from.

“The visit to the factory added a lot to our sales arguments, so that we can defend the product we are working on more effectively”, said Carlos Henrique Dantas Pina, from KaluRep. “We've never seen so much innovation and technology, so many partnerships with the Brazilian market and abroad. We're going to take all this knowledge to our partners”, added Ivo Bernardino da Silva, from Remap Representações.

For Tatiana Ehrhardt, from Biata Representações, “the visit to the factory was a unique moment, where we realized how much Hipper Freios has grown. Nowadays we work with a brand that is increasingly consolidated in the market. We feel really welcome and at home. We are grateful to the Hipper Freios team who help us with everything. And to the fellow representatives for the exchange of experiences”.

On Wednesday, the National Sales Convention took place at the Costão do Santinho Resort, on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florianópolis. The day was dedicated to strengthening three pillars: brand positioning, product innovation and commercial strategies.

“It was a first-rate convention, where we were updated on innovation in the industry, with content that contributes to the quality of our work with customers”, said Wilson Roberto Ribas, from Delafina. “It was very important for us to get everyone together and it added a lot to our company. The convention was impeccable from start to finish”, said Vitor Junior, National Sales Manager at Hipper Freios.

BRAND CONSOLIDATION

For Hipper Freios, the National Sales Convention was a milestone in the consolidation of the brand and the quality of its products on the national market. The team's good ideas and great energy make the company even more confident of continuing its success, which today has the company, for example, as an official supplier to Stock Car, one of the country's main motor competitions.

This positioning of the company can also be measured by the main surveys carried out on the market in 2023. In the survey by O Mecânico magazine, in partnership with the Inteligência em Pesquisa e Consultoria (IPEC) institute, Hipper Freios led the way as the most frequently purchased brand, with 33% of the votes.

In the national Marcas na Oficina survey, carried out by CINAU (Central de Inteligência Automotiva), Hipper Freios shot to the top of the brands most commonly found among suppliers, with more than 20% more than the second-placed company. The index reached 48.39% market share. Hipper Freios also led for the third year in the “most remembered/trusted” item, with 37.10% of the votes.
