After winning national awards and being considered the number one choice of mechanics with its broad mix for light and medium-duty vehicles, Hipper Freios has just launched its brake discs, drums and wheel hubs with a larger diameter for the heavy-duty line, made up of trucks, trailers and SUVs. To enter and conquer the new market, the brand is betting on the qualities already recognized by customers: durability, resistance, efficiency and thermal dissipation, all with the highest technology ever applied by the company.
Among the main advantages of the heavy-duty line, we highlight its greater thermal conductivity, contribution to heat dissipation and vibration reduction, ease of handling, no need to clean and prepare the disk and, therefore, faster and more efficient application. Sustainability is also another feature, as the discs are immersed in an anti-corrosive, mineral oil-free fluid that eliminates the use of chemicals to remove the protective layer formed by the oil, making it an environmentally friendly material.
“The excellence we have achieved in passenger cars, SUVs and pickup trucks is now coming full force to the heavy-duty line, increasing our product offering to a market that already knows us and knows it will find total quality and distinguished support,” said Vitor Junior - Hipper Freios' commercial manager.
With this news, the company is strengthening its expansion, with the prospect of launching new items in the short term, to offer an increasingly complete mix. It will also expand its network by reaching out to distributors specializing in the new segment.
Hipper Freios manufactures the new mix at its Sangão (SC) plant, in a modern manufacturing facility, with an automated Disamatc casting system, which guarantees uniformity, as well as all the mechanical and thermal properties necessary for an outstanding performance. The company also adds the value of its ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental certification.
